		<description>I think the choice of image is faulty.
 It assumes that the job that the black child is doing is necessarily degrading and the the man is a racist for hiring him.
What would you say if the boy was white and the man was black?
The fact is that the image shows a client customer relationship and its choice reveals more about the cultural assumption of the person posting the image to the site and NOT about the people in the image. There is no shame in a menial job whatever your colour.
I have seen white kids making a living by cleaning shoes. Black people have shoes and might want them clean.
In a word where there is real racism I think a more poignant image could be offered here.
